At GB Fleetcare, we price maintenance against our proven historical databases of vehicle whole life costs aligned to each operation’s fleet replacement strategy. This allows us to treat mixed make, mixed-age fleets giving realistic pricing.

GB Fleetcare is flexible and will agree to efficiency incentives in the reduction of damage/breakdowns and risk shares in the management of 6yr+ vehicles ensuring transparency over economic / un-economic repairs.

GB Fleetcare also offers nationwide breakdown management at depot level reported to breakdown controllers and engineering solutions to treat persistent damage /breakdown/failures.

Contract Management

GB Fleetcare makes a Fleet evaluation of hours required and then models staff provision, shifts and skills mix. The fleet evaluation defines the true parts required, it’s stock level and from here the sourcing and alternative supply routes are established.

Statutory scheduling (40% of maintenance) is constructed for inspections, services, MOT, calibration & weight tests. Standard and non-contract reporting frameworks are designed and agreed to control contract cost and manage exceptional damage, wear, consumption….
